Shivaganam’ of the Calcutta High Court addressed the ongoing clash between two judges, Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay of the Single Bench and Justice Soumen Sen of the Division Bench. Chief Justice Shivaganam’ expressed deep regret and embarrassment over the incident, acknowledging that such a situation was unexpected in the historical halls of the High Court.
