All the rooftop restaurants in Kolkata are closing down suddenly. ‘There will be no rooftop restaurants in Kolkata for now’, Kolkata Municipality has issued guidelines due to the Barabazar incident. ‘Roofs like stairs are not owned by anyone, they cannot be sold’, the Municipality has issued strict guidelines after a meeting with the police and fire brigade. Due to this decision, restaurants are facing a big loss in business.
